Pobyt był bardzo udany. Apartament jest przestronny, komfortowy i bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Dużym plusem jest w pełni wyposażona kuchnia, w której można bez problemu przygotować własne posiłki – znajduje się wszystko, co potrzebne podczas dłuższego pobytu. Mieszkanie było bardzo czyste, zadbane i urządzone z dużą dbałością o szczegóły. Komfort zapewniają dwie łazienki, wygodne sypialnie, klimatyzacja oraz piękne tarasy, z których można podziwiać spokojną okolicę. Bardzo doceniliśmy również dostęp do basenów oraz prywatny garaż. Lokalizacja jest idealna dla osób szukających ciszy i odpoczynku, a jednocześnie stanowi dobrą bazę do zwiedzania, w pobliżu znajduje się port, plaże, restauracje oraz sklepy. Samochód jest przydatny, ale dzięki temu można łatwo odkrywać najpiękniejsze miejsca. Apartament spełnił wszystkie nasze oczekiwania. To miejsce, do którego chętnie wrócimy i które z pełnym przekonaniem polecamy.

Niestety, podczas pobytu mieliśmy również kilka uwag. Największym minusem byli bardzo głośni sąsiedzi – hałas był słyszalny praktycznie przez cały dzień, od wczesnych godzin porannych aż do późnego wieczora, co momentami utrudniało spokojny wypoczynek. Drugą kwestią było zachowanie części osób korzystających z basenów. Pomimo obowiązujących zasad nie zawsze były one przestrzegane. Wpływało to na komfort odpoczynku przy basenie. Sam apartament i jego wyposażenie oceniamy bardzo dobrze, jednak warto mieć świadomość, że poziom spokoju podczas pobytu może zależeć od zachowania innych mieszkańców kompleksu.

This is a comfortable and spacious first floor two bed apartment, with two sunny balconies, both with pleasant views. It is accessed by stairs or a lift and is beautifully presented with quality furniture and accessories. The kitchen area has everything you could need including a hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing mc and air fryer. In the lounge / dining area there’s a large tv with English channels & Sky sports, and another tv in one of the two double bedrooms. The wi-fi seemed good, good but the tv did freeze now and again. There are two bathrooms ( one en-suite with a bath ), and one with a shower. If you open the patio doors on both of the balconies there’s a nice breeze through the centre of the apartment, which is lovely on warmer days. There are two separate sunny pool areas in the gardens, which are both very nice and well maintained, with the larger pool even having a jacuzzi at one end ! …an extra Wow ! ( there are pool towels that you can use in the apartment, and sun beds by the pools ). The apartment is in a large complex, but it was very quiet during our stay and some days we had the pool all to ourselves…😁😎

It’s around a 20 minute steady walk down the steep hill to the nearest bar / restaurants (+ a small shop), and then another 10 minutes walk further down to the marina ( lots of bars and restaurants here), which is ok if you can walk that far. There are taxis available from here to get you back up the hill for around €8 if needed. We had a car, but it can be difficult to park around the marina area. (Parking at the apartment is no problem). There are some very good large supermarkets in the area, but you need a car to get to these, although some will deliver online orders. Manilva is in a quieter area of the Costa de Sol, around an hour from Malaga airport and half hour from Gibraltar. There are many expats living in this area, and quite a lot of building work in progress. ( as in most of Spain !! ). Manilva village is a couple of miles up the hill and is occupied mainly by working Spanish families and has limited tourism facilities or attractions, but it does have a couple of bars, restaurants and some great views.
