Exceptionally clean and well presented - bed was very comfortable! Staff were really helpful and efficient at last minute arrangements, taxi bookings and anything we needed throughout our stay. Location was good - easy walking distance into the centre and close to bus links to beaches and Knossos.

The staff were so helpful .

Well appointed and nicely decorated apartment. We ordered one breakfast and it was delicious and great value. Quiet and central location. The hospitality team are above and beyond friendly and helpful!

Really small details, but we would have enjoyed salt and pepper in the kitchen, and thinner pillows as an option. Really needed to think hard to identify any room for improvement.

The room was huge and stylish.

My review is according to the price I paid: As the room was quite expensive (1 person 3 nights beginning of October, for approx. 160 per night) I was also expecting more. I was on the first floor and could hear everything going on in the reception. Additionally the cleaner was extremely loud when cleaning around my room. Hence I could not sleep after tops 8 a.m. So in my opinion, the hotel did not fulfill it's purpose. The swimming pool was nothing like in the pictures. It is tiny in comparison to the hotel's pictures and its not on the rooftop as it appears to be, its on the groundfloor between buildings. The hotels parking was also tiny and we multiple times didn't find a parking spot in it. Once we even had to look around for a parking spot around 30mins. The glasses, plates and cutlery were not clean.
