Best stay ever — we spent a week at Yamakei Apartments and loved it; the attentive staff, amazing shuttle service, and overall care made our holiday unforgettable, and we can’t wait to return.

We loved the private onsen, the staff were super friendly and accommodating and the apartment clean, tidy and very comfy couch! Great area out the front if you have kids for snowman making
The main en-suite had the shower over the bath which water ran over and onto the floor which was annoying to have to wipe up.
