You get exactly what is advertised! Beautiful, spacious apartment with an elevator, air conditioning, & a washing machine. Also within walking distance of the tram that gets you to & from the airport. The staff was easy to contact & quick to respond, & their instructions were clear & thorough. Booked last minute due to some changes in plans, & I wish I had a longer stay!

Lovely apartment. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Ideal location just round the corner from the tram to the airport. 5 minutes walk to station.
Could have done with a small table beside the sofa to place our cups/glasses but we moved one from the bedroom. Also use on of the side light from the bedroom in the living to make it less bright at night.

Nice location, clean, all equipment for comfortable staying
Parking not freed you will be charged for parking 30 euro daily and railway station on night shaking your bed

The location of the apartment is fantastic—it’s within easy walking distance of the historic center and close to everything you need.
Issues with amenities: The coffee machine was broken, and even the host couldn't figure out how to operate it. Additionally, we weren't provided with enough trash bags for our 4-night stay, nor were we given the necessary tokens for the neighborhood trash disposal.
Building condition: The elevator requires you to continuously hold down the button for it to move, which was surprisingly frustrating and uncomfortable to use.
Lack of flexibility: Communication regarding a simple request for a late check-out was disappointing and unsupportive.
