It had everything I needed and more and the staff were very responsive.
I would just say that if you are arriving late at night and have been on a long haul flight you need to prepare yourself for the key lock situation , it’s not a criticism it’s just inconvenient when you are tired and maybe staff could number the key locks so I knew which one specifically as it wasn’t 100% clear from the instructions / pictures to me.

I loved having the outside courtyard, washer and dryer. The location was perfect.
Could have been better cooking utensils. The sachets for dishwashing liquid are fiddly and plastic. Please provide a pair of scissors to open. A dishwasher would be extremely useful.

Minutes away to take the tram to the city. It's got everything you need for a short stay. Easy and accessible for the self-check in instructions. Overall a very beautiful place all around! Thanks again!🙂
Keys would've been provided for the bathroom window and to allow fresh air to come in and not rely on the exhaust fan. Noisy dog next door but managed to sleep back. The seats outside were outdated and it was risky to sit.

Bed super comfy. Apartment nicely appointed. Not having access to free to air TV was weird. Tried fixing but watched netflix instead. Apartment is delightful. Unfortunately some of the neighbours are quite loud .
