Extremely disappointing we felt we were taken for a ride and the price was not justified

Location is very good

we had one key to go out and come back in the gated community , we were 12 people . the stay was a nightmare as we couldnt sleep before the other guests come back or they would be stuck outside. Linen very cheap , horrible host, dirty outdoor , poor towels , poor furniture

Great space for groups of you happy to share toilets

Gorgeous house newly renovated, spacious and stylish. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The toilets are not in the rooms so that is a bit tricky. only 4 toilets for the whole house.

no ensuite bathrooms in the house, toilets are separate, on the corridors. only 4 toilets for the whole house, 8 rooms. we had problems with the keys not working, doors not closing. Staff tried to help at short notice and were lovely.

Unreliable host. My 2nd stay was canceled on short notice without a reason. I booked 8 months before

The house was clean. It would offer many rooms if you could rely on the host.

I usually book my accommodation months ahead due to the size of people I travel with. My latest booking with this house was canceled last minute leaving me without any options. This is a very unreliable host. I never had a sitution like this before and I have a booking.com Level 3 VIP+ status. Further negative points are: The House sits in the middle of a gated community. There is a gate to the city center but you can only leave via this gate. You need to walk around the area to get back in and this is only possible if you know the code. A code which changes randomly. All dishes in the house is made from plastic. The furniture in the Garden is very used and partially broken. There is a construction going on next door. The webpage of the house has no valid security certificate and if you call them they will not reply.
