Bliss

Check in and communication was perfect. Location is a bit of a hike from town BUT you get an amazing view with it. We locked ourselves out while swimming and the host quickly sorted us out. The pool, the terrace, the gardens ..all lush.

Honestly nothing but I do want to say that we had the place to ourselves and so were very lucky. I'm not sure what it would be like with many others around the pool (our room was closest) I guess you make friends and have an apperitivo!

Superb

Nice pool and garden area. Beautiful view. Nice host. Functional kitchen. Two bathrooms. We used the radiator a lot (we had unfortunately unusually very rainy wearher).

We were there in spring, very very rainy spring, and we had the apartment downstairs, under the ground level so it was feeling dark, wet and smelled funky. The sheets, covers and towels could be updated and it would be nice if the terrace area in front of the house had some kind of roofing or umbrella over the table to enjoy the time outside even during rain.

Enjoyable and relaxing.

Good amount of space internally and the access to an immaculate garden and pool area. 10-15 minute walk to the nearest beach. Close to bus stop to other main towns. Close to port for SNAV fast ferry and Negombo spa.

We had an appt that was subterranean, it was well laid out but quite dark. The appts on the ground level were lighter and the steps down to ours would not be ideal for small children.

Exceptional

Excellent apartment with well equipped kirchen, 2 sofa beds in living room and large double in bedroom. Antonio and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. Pool was amazing. Need a car or scooter to get around.
