The facilities and the rooms are really nice. You are practically next to the lifts with a nice view on the ski pistes. So the location and the facilities are ideal. There is dedicated underground parking allocated each tenant that makes transportation easy.
Communication is made only in German. If you reply to an e mail in English it is getting ignored although staff speaks English. A very unpleasant surprise was that although we paid cleaning fees, we were expected to clean the room (vacuum), the kitchen (organize all cups and kitchen material back to their cupboards) and wipe the floor at our departure else they would keep the guarantee. Globally the staff was quite unfriendly.
