Room comfortable and good size, very good a/c, professional/helpful staff, good location (many restaurants, parks, etc. within walking/short drive),

lack of non-slip surface in shower.

Breakfast exceeded expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we liked that it was close to the water and restaurants. We will definitely be back again!

Location was ideal. Room size was vast. Staff accommodated my early check-in request to dress for a wedding nearby. The fixtures are beautiful.

The conditioner in the shower was empty.

The room was large and clean, but more than we needed for a quick overnight stay.

Our online reservation was messed up, booking us on the wrong dates. The hotel did find accomodations for us, but at a higher rate than we expected to pay. The lock on the door wouldn't close from the outside. We had to leave for an engagement, and the receptionist told us they would look into it, while we were out. When we came back, they asked us to switch rooms. I was traveling with a very elderly woman, who was distressed and inconvenienced by the changes. At check-out, I asked for a discount due to the issues with the room. They gave me $20.00 off, but my bill was still close to $200! The breakfast was terrible. We had to get breakfast elsewhere.
