Comunicação do anfitrião, limpeza e organização da habitação. Apartamento totalmente equipado.
Falta de um rolo de papel de cozinha, e papel de WC (2 rolos já a meio)
8 / 10Excellent·oct. 2026
Spacious with all the home comfort
Needs to be more flexible and accommodating with checking in or checking out times , !!! Other local properties within the same area are more favourible and reasonable except when you wish to check out later with unreasonable penalty fines on an hourly rate for the overstay! Would caution with care before booking again !!

Very nice and spacious apartment. It is suitable for a longer stay. It is comfortable for two people and probably two more could stay ln the couch.
Location: 5 mins ride to Tavira Old Town - note that you need car for this.
Parking: easy, on the street, plenty of space.
A big plus is a community pool.
It was all good. Just small details like that the knives really need sharpening and we would appreciate more than one toilet roll for 4 nights.

Casa spaziosa e accogliente per quattro persone. Camera da letto molto bella. Divano letto spazioso. Piscina condominiale utilizzabile.
Posizione decentrata rispetto a Tavira. Serve auto o altro mezzo di trasporto per raggiungere il centro e anche i ristoranti più carini.
