This is an economy option - but immaculately clean, friendly and helpful staff and the room had generous supplies of tea / coffee / milk etc. Can't expect any more for the price!
A short walk to the North Pier

Upon arrival soon as we walked through the door the place smelt absolutely incredible clean and fresh.
The room was spotless and the bed was so comfy. We had cereal, milk, crisps, chocolate and water which was a lovely touch we thought. It was a bargain too

It was lovely and clean, value for money plenty of space to relax in.
The toilet noise, which the host did explain.

The location was great. Off the main drag, but close enough to the attractions
Odd musty smell in the foyer area. Walls and paintwork all yellowed and old, could do with updating. Shower made a racket when switched on. Parking area is at back, but you have to walk all the way around to get back into the property, which is fine in the day but creepy at night.
