Cette villa au charme incontestable proche de nombreuses activités (pêche, activités maritimes et bien plus encore) est la solution idéale pour explorer les environs en toute simplicité. Plage de Magaggiari n'est qu'à 12 minutes de marche, vous pouvez donc garer votre voiture dans le parking dont dispose l'hébergement ou sauter dans votre véhicule pour le trajet de 3 minutes jusqu'à Musée régional du palais d'Aumale.
Accordez-vous une pause bienfaisante au bord d'une piscine privée et découvrez un jardin où siroter un cocktail en toute tranquillité auprès de cette cette villa qui vous propose également un balcon et un barbecue. De retour à l'intérieur, profitez des équipements suivants : Wi-Fi gratuit et télévision avec chaînes par câble ou par satellite.
Cette location avec 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain compte également une cheminée et l'air conditionné. We had a really wonderful stay here. The villa is lovely, clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped for self catering and the rooms very comfortable with good working air con. We would highlight that the 2nd floor bedrooms are up a spiral staircase which would not be good for young children or those with mobility issues. The upper bedrooms are dormer style with sloping ceilings but my teenage kids were happy and comfortable in them. The garden is beautifully kept. The pool is a good size with plenty of seating areas and lovely views of the hills which turn a beautiful colour in the evening light.The walk to the beach is easy and takes 10-15 mins. The beach is quite busy and bustling. There are bars to watch the beautiful sunset from. The walk to town is around 15-20mins with plenty of restaurants and cafes, a few smaller grocery shops and a cash point. We managed without a hire car. Taxis can be hired and the host also gave us the number of a reliable driver too. You can get an aircon coach cheaply into Palermo and we also went on the boat cruise from the Terrasini harbour to see a few more locations around the coast which was well worth the money. Before we went we worried about the proximity to the airport landing strip but this was not a problem at all. The noise is not loud or overly regular. Our host was lovely and was a huge help when we had a slight medical emergency, we couldn’t have asked for more. Would highly recommend this villa!

The villa is in a wonderful location
The villa is in a wonderful location being close to the beach and a 15 minute walk to the centre of Terrasini (which has some fabulous restaurants and is not overrun with tourists). We loved the outdoor patio and pool area. Inside the villa was spotless and it had everything you needed and more. The host was very responsive and resolved the issue we had with our aircon promptly. But do be aware that the upstairs space is compact. The bedrooms are loft rooms with sloping ceilings and the stairs are not made for the less agile. The mosquitoes do come out around 5pm so citronella candles and repellent spray are key. But otherwise would highly recommend this villa and we loved exploring this stunning part of Sicily!
