Condo 1CH Animé à deux pas du Quartier Français

Great location with a great rooftop view. Sparsely furnished but clean and satisfactory for our needs. Listing says balcony/patio which makes it seem like it’s part of your apartment. It also lists the shared rooftop but the apartment itself had one window with no view at all. The silverware was out on the counter because there are no drawers which required rinsing before using because of dust. Plenty of pots and pans but no utensils to cook with.

Perfect location, clean and comfortable! Loved the rooftop!!

The loft was easily the best room rental I've ever had! It was clean, secluded, cozy and safe! Not to mention it was right by all the action. 10 out of 10

The location was great, very convenient to everything and the apartment was clean. Unfortunately there are some items that could be easily remedied to make this place great and I hope they take the opportunity to do them: The front door latch was broken, so anyone could walk in if it wasn't closed properly. The refrigerator was very loud, as was the bed, which creaked every time you moved - which was also sunken in the middle. And the elevator broke twice during the week, which meant huffing it up and down 6 flights of stairs - including on the last day with all our luggage. Each thing alone would have just been a minor annoyance, but together really put a damper on things. At least the host was responsive whenever I contacted them.
