Unfortunately, we were somewhat disappointed with our stay. The furniture throughout the condo was very dated, and the interior doors did not lock, which was concerning for privacy. The refrigerator made a constant, very loud noise that was disruptive during our stay.The amenities also fell short of our expectations. The pool was extremely small for a facility of this size and often felt overcrowded. There were very few chairs around the pool and the lounge chairs were placed where you could not watch the children swimming. The biggest issue, however, was the elevators. There were only two serving the building, and we regularly waited 20 to 30 minutes just to get on one. When an elevator finally arrived, it was usually packed, making it even more frustrating.Overall, we did not feel the condo or the property’s amenities met our expectations for the price paid, and we would likely choose a different place to stay in the future.

The location of the property is perfect. Several wonderful restaurants are close by, as well as a lot of shopping. The check-in process was easy and I had good communication with the property manager. The furniture is old, however, it was accurately depicted in the photos. The condo was not cleaned thoroughly prior to our arrival. My two-year-old granddaughter handed me a vape that she found underneath a bed. We also found several popsicle wrappers in random locations, and we had not had any popsicles. Our biggest complaint of this property are the elevators or the lack there of. There are two working elevators for the entire complex. The third elevator, which is mentioned in the listing, is in a separate building where the gym is. The main pool is also very small. We decided to stay another night and our key code was changed, which left us locked out of our unit. Luckily, I was able to contact the property manager, and we were sent a new code promptly. Overall, for the price that we paid for this particular unit, I would look for a different complex with better amenities and an updated condo. , I would look for a different complex with better amenities and a updated condo if we were to visit Gulf Shores again.
