These brand new apartments, with open plan living, a deck and a large kitchen, offer comfort and easy living in the heart of the city. Close to Christchurch CBD, excellent shopping, restaurants and cafes nearby. Hagley Park is close making this the perfect base for your city break. Madras St Apt 2 is a 3 bedroom apartment while Madras St Apt 3 is a 2 double bedroom apartment - great for traveling in a larger group or with extended family. Please note the apartment has stairs.

Property was lovely. Only thing missing was a hanging rail for clothes in the downstairs room and maybe a blockout blind in the downstairs bathroom, as at night you can see in. But I highly recommend this accommodation and will hope to stay there again next year. Thank you team for making our stay comfortable.

Property management staff excellent to deal with and property was absolutely immaculate. The only negatives … bedroom with en suite had nowhere to hang clothes, heat pump didn’t work and it was freezing on arrival day, no outdoor furniture as advertised and outdoor area could do with some cover

Very nice house, with well-equipped kitchen. Only a few minutes from the airport. Perfect for a small to medium sized group.
