Fantástico Dúplex en la Playa de Peñíscola
Magnifique penthouse récemment rénové, situé dans un lotissement calme et familial, en première ligne de plage et à deux pas du château. Le rez-de-chaussée se compose d’une grande salle à manger/salon lumineuse avec cuisine ouverte, climatisée et donnant sur une terrasse. Une salle de bains et deux chambres doubles, l’une avec vue sur la montagne et l’autre dotée d’une terrasse offrant une petite vue sur la mer pour profiter des après-midis au frais.
L’étage supérieur comprend deux chambres doubles climatisées donnant sur une magnifique terrasse à 180° avec un espace détente et de belles vues sur le coucher de soleil. La chambre principale dispose d’un petit réfrigérateur et d’une cafetière. salle de bains.
Le lotissement dispose d’une piscine et d’un court de tennis, idéalement situés à proximité du château et juste en face de la plage.

Anna is a wonderful host and her home has everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation. The apartment is spotless and very well appointed. The kitchen is very modern and fully stocked with all cooking supplies. The best part of this location are the views from the many terraces. Plenty of space for a family and very convenient onsite parking. Top notch property!

The host was absolutely fantastic about communication. She was constantly in touch about our arrival and how to get into the unit. The unit was clean and in a great central location right across from the beach.

We stay ther for 9 days and it was the perfect combination of comfort, location and space. I totally recommend this apartment video. You will not be disappointed. The owner was always available for anything that we would need.Peñiscola is a pearl in the Mediterranean. A must see.!!!

This is a georgeous 2-story apartment! It is beautifully designed with high-end finishes and furnishing. It feels like you are staying in a luxury hotel! The owner's father met us and directed us to the secure indoor dedicated garage space, and then gave us a comprehensive tour of the property, including showing us the well-stocked kitchen and items in the refrigerator. Each of the four bedrooms is comfortable, and the upstairs bedrooms have their own air conditioning units. The only issue to consider is the small, open circular staircase to 2nd floor. If you have young children or elderly people in your party, they will definitely want to stay on the main/first floor. The bathrooms are spotlessly clean and beautiful. There is a large balcony on the main floor and a spacious, full wrap-around balcony on the top/2nd floor. The property has a share pool that is large and quiet (very few people using it when we went). The property is literally across the street from the massive and beautiful Peniscola beach. It is just a 10-minute walk to the base on the old town/fortress. The owner was incredibly responsive and very kind. This property will exceed your expectations and we will definitely stay here again when we return to Peniscola.
