Nice little spot for a small family or couple. Beach access and location make up for anything that isn’t perfect. Could have been a little cleaner, but wasn’t worth complaining about. Stay here for the beach and location, and use it as a place to sleep!

The unit was very nice and located close to the beach. The whole family enjoyed our stay. Would definitely be interested in renting again in future vacations.

Place was clean and well stocked. Great access to beach and included 2 beach chairs with umbrella. Pompano Joe's beach bar was fantastic and convenient. Kids approved of the walking distance to the rolled ice cream shop. We will definitely add this to our favorites for future visits.

The location, parking, and beach service was great! and parking were great. The condo is nice and had everything we needed, but there are a few things you need to know. There is a clear mildew smell as you walk in the door and it does not go away. The air was not blowing cold air and you cannot lower the temp below 72 degrees. That was stated on a sticker on the wall. It said if you turn it down and it breaks, you will be responsible. Someone came a few days after we let them know. He checked a few things and then put the temp on 70 degrees?? The handles to the sink in the master bathroom were loose and just spun around. We called about it and someone came on the 3rd or 4th day of our rental to fix it. The washer has mold/mildew stains since it is a front loader and the door cannot be left open. The biggest problem we had was with the dryer. You cannot run the dryer and be in the master bathroom at all. It fills with hot steam that the vent cannot handle. We had the vent going 24/7 and had to dry a load only when we left the condo. If you leave the bathroom door open, the entire bedroom gets hot. If the smell and dryer situation were fixed, it would have been a 5 star rating.
