Overall, we had our best family vacation to date and absolutely love Inlet Beach! The low-density beaches and peaceful neighborhood are hard to beat, and the location is truly what you’re paying for.The booking process, communication, check-in, and check-out were all excellent. The rental company was very responsive and accommodating whenever we had an issue.We arrived to quite a bit of sand still on the floors and rugs, although a vacuum was delivered the next day after I requested one. The living room ceiling fan was broken and had to be replaced during our stay. The house also stayed warm, and the thermostat couldn’t be set below 72, so we relied heavily on fans and keeping the curtains closed. 3 bare windows allowed too much heat in.The rugs are showing wear, the grill area needs attention, and we had to purchase a new propane tank and lighter because the provided ones weren’t functional. The rental company offered reimbursement, which was appreciated, but it was still an inconvenience. The cookware could also use updating, though the dishes and utensils were well stocked. There was a TV in every bedroom, though we were never able to get the TV in the second bedroom (the room facing the parking lot) connected to the internet.One unexpectedly fun feature was that the freezer makes whiskey-rock-style ice balls!Overall, we made everything work and had an amazing trip. With a little maintenance and a few updates, this property would easily earn 5 stars.

This property was amazing. We stayed there for our last vacation, just my husband and I, before we welcome a baby in a few weeks. The property was right next to Camp Helen State Park, and was absolutely perfect for us. We enjoyed a quiet neighborhood, with close proximity to rosemary and Panama City. The only thing about the property that we will plan better for next time is that the upstairs runs hot- so bring some extra fans! But we adored the place, and would love to come back next year with our daughter and bring friends. Amazing place that will hold some special memories for my husband and me forever. (We also recommend trying out paddle boarding! We used Jordan with Surf n Sun Recreational.)

Fantastic property, everything was clean and the area is nice. The photos of the ocean view are no longer accurate. 3 Houses have being built blocking all of the view. Construction starts at 7AM and that will bother some people. The walk to the beach is a little long. You have to walk out to the road then 2 houses over to the boardwalk down to the beach. There are a lot of stairs on the boardwalk. Overall a nice place they just need to update the beach view description and photos.

I was very disappointed once I arrived to my destination that looked so wonderful. We wanted unrestricted beach views from where we stayed during our vacation. Which is why we chose this property out of most of the others. Only to arrive and find that most of the beach view was blocked by construction equipment. Have this would have been mentioned prior to booking I might have a little more sympathy for the situation. However every time we looked out of the window, this huge piece of equipment obstructed our view, not even to mention that the machines had a constant beeping going on all weekend. Place itself was very nice, and clean.
