Wow! This property is amazing! Not only we had a wonderful time because the beach is outside our door, but also the place is equipped with everything that you can possibly imagine, plus the hosts are incredible. Super responsive and nice people. I loved the accommodation and it is exactly as the pictures. We loved that we had a Tesla Charger, that we had a water hose outside to clean everything before going into the house. We loved that everything is close but at the same time a very quite street. We loved that we were able to just have the piece of mind that everything was taking care of, from having a clean place to having the supplies available. I loved our deck with the view to the ocean and the sunrises were gorgeous. Thank you so so much Erin and Bryan for a wonderful opportunity for our family to experience Cocoa Beach in another level. I can't wait to stay with you again. People, have a blast in this place and treat it nice so I can come back.

I stayed in this lovely and perfectly positioned house for nearly a week and it was glorious. All the mod cons and most of all, great views of the sea and the sunrise was spectacular from the top terrace (my favourite time of day). Your own walkway to the beach with rabbits dashing around in front of you it's a wonderful place to stay. Thank you Brian and Erin for being so helpful. I'll hope to stay again next time I'm there for a rocket launch from Kennedy

Great location right on the beach great views from the deck and was very clean. The price was a little high propably because it was spring break . It would have been perfect if it was just us but halfway through vacation the adjoining town house was rented and honestly we can hear everything from the other renters even there conversations were very clear . We then felt we had to be quiet because they would hear us which made it a little uncomfortable

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our week stay in June 2022. We loved the private access to the beach, which made it so easy to go back and forth as needed. The upper deck is wonderful in the evening to sit out and watch the waves and feel the ocean breeze. We prepared most of our meals at the house and the kitchen was fully stocked with all our needs. I would recommend bringing food storage bags for leftovers if cooking as the containers that are available do not have lids that fit. The outside grill was basic, but got the job done. The beds were very comfortable, we slept great. The only thing that I would say was unpleasant is I believe there was a homeless couple living in the dunes close to the public access on the beach view side of the property. I saw them sleeping on the beach close to our private walkway access to the beach. The problem was that on multiple occasions I heard them fighting and cussing so it was very inappropriate for my son (9) to listen too while sitting on the balcony and made me feel a little unsafe. We do a week every summer in Cocoa Beach and will definitely be staying with them again due to the quality of amenities they offer.
