The property is in a great location. You can walk to things. The building is easy to access. The staff was very communicative and everything was as pictured. I really enjoyed my time there
Everything was great.

Fabulous position and rustic room. Lovely garden and sitting room to enjoy. Position was superb.
Levels of spiral stairs which could be challenging. They were happy to help with luggage but no one is there on weekends.

Great spot in the heart of Ghent. Everything was clean and well looked after. There was even coffee and chocolates as a welcome.
On the first night the shower took some time to drain but we told staff and they fixed it immediately. Also the room we stayed was at the top of 3 flights of narrow spiral stairs which may be a consideration if you have large luggage otherwise no issue.

The location was awesome
The unit's ergonomic design is a head-scratcher and the unit needs maintenance. The lights would blink on/off. The big en-suite jacuzzi didn't work. The courtyard was beautiful but not really usable without a lot of insect repellant.
