Really great, it is attached to a home, but they were pretty quiet. Loved the swing out back, wish it had a little cook stove, but I managed with the microwave for 5 days. Comfy day bed, and convenient washer/dryer.

Anica is a great host! Quick communication, such a cute property in a perfect location! The property isn’t large but it’s well appointed with a nice selection of amenities. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

This was the perfect place to stay for a four-day work trip. It was clean, in a convenient location, and had everything I needed. The host communicated well, and I will definitely book again!

We were sent entry instructions via email, but only after several hours on the phone trying to reach a live Vrbo agent (in the Indian call center). Entry worked as described. Located in a quiet, mainly residential neighborhood. The main studio room is small -- fine for one or perhaps two adults. What you see in the picture is 90% of the main studio room. Bed was surprisingly comfortable, but not easy to get in or out if you are the person sleeping by the wall. No kitchen / cooking facility, apart from fridge and microwave. Very limited storage space to unpack things if staying more than a night. For the business traveler, a small collapsible table can be set up to accommodate the laptop, etc. Nice size bathroom, including shower and washer-dryer combo. Delightful patio outside the bathroom with access to large fenced yard. Off-street parking is easily accessible. No shopping outlets within easy walking distance -- motorized transport is required. Would consider staying again for a short visit in Layton.
