Received all our check in information the night before our stay, which I loved. The house was so clean and comfortable.. the only issue we ran into was the hot water for showers.. the house is definitely set up for 20 but only 2 people were able to get a warm shower and those showers were probably about 5 minutes in length. The water heater is definitely not big enough for the home.. other than that, the house was perfect

Beautiful property, very clean and only 35 min away from Zion National Park. Beds were comfortable and clean, and we loved how many bathrooms there were

This property needs to be gone through and fix a lot of things. Towels are no longer white, and TV’s remotes are missing. Walls left unpainted and never could get through the front door. Dishes were old and dingy and not clean. The accommodations as far as bedrooms were great for our family, but there was no way to control the thermostat, so upstairs was so hot.
