Our stay was awesome. The location is a great central location to everything one would need/ want. The place is well decorated and has everything one would need in the kitchen to prepare meals. The grill outside was clean and ready for use, the pool was wonderful, the access to laundry was perfect for our stay. Favorite thing- the outside shower has hot water, and was perfect after a beach trip. Only thing that wasn’t perfect was that the internet was down after a storm- no fault to the owner- but her fast response and follow through to get the issue resolved was extraordinary. Our stay was great, and even if it wasn’t, the owner’s hospitality and great customer service would bring us back. I will definitely return to stay there with my family.

Had a wonderful visit. Very clean and household supplies including hotel level shampoo and conditioner. Walked in ready to relax and did so!!! Swim spa beautiful. It is shared with second side so time visits to avoid others. It was easy and carefree.

It was not what I expected. The ad should probably say "newly remodeled duplex" instead of "newly remodeled home". The details do mention it is a duplex, but I missed that at first because of the title. And there isn't a pool and a hot tub. There is a pool/hot tub that is about 15 ft x 8 ft x 3 ft. (Estimate only) To be honest, it was never hot, even after a couple days of heating. Besides that, everything was as promised. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom. There is a bathroom with a shower in the master bedroom, but it is the only bathroom in the place. There is a 2nd bedroom with nice bunk beds in it. There is also a sectional couch in the living room that can fit one or two more people. All the beds were very comfortable. There is a tv in the living room and one in the master bedroom. Kitchen is small but had all the essentials. Everything was neat and clean. The backyard is nicely fenced in, but it is shared with the other side of the duplex, as is the covered picnic table and hot tub/pool.The duplex is on a road with side by side houses. It was a little close for my taste but perfectly acceptable. The host was very easy to work with, communicated well, and provided what was offered. Overall it was a really nice visit

It was a goof visit
