My family has stayed in this lovely condo twice in the past three years. It has always been immaculate, convenient and easy to rent. Our only problem was that one of our family was bitten by a brown recluse while in bed over the July 4th holiday. (She smashed it on her neck and was able to identify it.) She spent 3 hours in the ER, where the docs also ID'd the bite, put her on antibiotics immediately and watched the progress. They got to it quickly, so other than a big scare, she was eventually fine. We're sorry this happened ... it's summer in Arkansas, and the owner says he has a contract with a local exterminator company. So we hope no one else experiences this. (Not sure what the ER bill will be after insurance.)

Our family of 6 headed to Arkansas for a family float trip. We loved the location! Great proximity to food, floats, and not too far from grocery stores. I LOVE the carport! Made getting in and out less stressful when it was raining. Also keep the car cooler on those hot sunny days. I read through reviews before checking in and thought I’d clear some things up.Water pressure is awesome. Anyone who says otherwise about the pressure in this place might be used to taking a shower in front of a pressure washer or fire hose. Someone mentioned that there isn’t AC upstairs. There’s definitely central air in this unit. The air doesn’t blow out as hard in the upper level and there’s a definite temperature difference between the upstairs and downstairs but turning on the ceiling fans helps circulation quite a bit.We loved our stay. My only real complaint was that it’s listed that it sleeps 6 but the 3rd bed is a narrow futon and there’s no way two people could sleep on a futon (comfortably). I don’t believe that’s the owners fault though because I think that falls under VRBO standards. For the money, this place is perfect. I’ve paid more for lesser rentals. The owner is great with communication and ensures you have a great stay. That is hard to find sometimes.

This little house was perfect for me. I have been working in the area and it was very comfortable and quiet. I will be staying again as I will have more weeks to work in the area. Comfy bed, nice bathroom with vanity, well equipped kitchen. Recliner in living room. Just perfect.

Many Moons was a great place to stay!! Check in was a breeze, Robert was very helpful & easy to communicate with! Close to town & some great restaurants & activities! Would stay again!
