Close proximity to Lucas Oil Stadium, which is where our conference was. Needed to contact host as we did not receive a code for the lock box. He was very responsive and helpful. Spacious kitchen and living room. Nice to have 3 full bathrooms. However, cleanliness was less than expected. Spider webs throughout (many containing spiders that we killed), stained furniture, several items under beds (socks, candy, etc) indicated that no one had looked in some time, baseboards very dirty. Wasn't impressed with a mouse trap behind the master toilet and under the sink. 1/3-1/2 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom meant that we were purchasing our own after night 1 with 8 people staying there. Sheets for the pull out couch were tricky to find, mismatched and very sloppily tossed into a pile. I honestly believe that many of these issues could be resolved with a quality cleaning service. Also, the listing does state that there is road noise. We brought ear plugs and noise machines, but the drag racing, train and other street noise simply can not be drained out. Last concern was one of safety. Stairs heading up to 2 bedrooms and bathrooms are extremely steep and narrow. The hand rail does not continue for the top few stairs which poses a safety issue for anyone who is at all unstable.

The property was fantastic. Very clean and well-appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would definitely stay here again.

Nice property, friendly host. Easy to book.

We enjoyed our stay, but the overall cleanliness could be better
