The house was in the perfect location close to camp watercolor and Publix. It included a golf cart and bikes which made planning much easier. It was a great trip.

The easy access to Publix was a bonus.

Overall we enjoyed the property, location and golf cart- it was a nice surprise having a pond in the backyard where our kids caught alot of fish and property management was responsive. Unfortunately we won’t be able to stay at this property again because they have a 900 checkout time which is very difficult with young children. We have stayed at many other properties in Watercolor over the years and never have had a 900 checkout time- no other neighbor in the area had that early of a checkout time either.

The photos all looked great and the home had what we needed and wanted. We were a bit underwhelmed upon arrival. The home needs some TLC. The floors are all buckling and creak a lot, home has a musty smell, and has a lot of wear. The outdoor swing cushion was so dirty we put blankets to sit on it. This house could be great but needs updates. The house wasn't dirty just a lot of wear. The other thing that is disappointing is the lack of supplies all around. Expect a set of salt/pepper and nothing else. Luckily Publix is just up the street because you will need to buy everything! Some sugar packets or basics would be a nice addition for a guests. You get one roll of paper towels and TP on the rolls. They should take into consideration your days there and consider leaving more for guests paying for a long stay. I also don't understand why these homes only have door keypads on the back door. It makes it annoying to have to leave and enter through the back door every time. One thing not to miss is the 9am checkout. Likely won't stay with Beach Habitats mainly for this reason... 9am is crazy for a large family with kids on departure day!
