Exactly as described. Beautiful and well stocked property. Has beach chairs, bikes, beach toys, great kitchen and views. Very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the close location to the beach and the pool out back. 10-15min walk to most restaurants. Great communication with host and easy check in/out. Five stars!

Perfect location for our family vacation!

Churchill Dunes is nestled perfectly between a neighborhood pool and beach access, with easy access to Rosemary, 30A, and Highway 98. We could not have asked for a better location and it is a beautiful home - from afar. The listing claimed two king bedrooms when we booked, but there was actually only one. That caused some commotion as someone inevitably was disappointed. I requested all listings on all platforms be amended. We were some of the first guests since this ownership team took over, and it's clear there were some kinks to work out. There was mold covering the interior dishwasher to the point that we didn't trust the cleanliness of the dishes. The primary shower drain was clogged. When a repairman came in on Day 3, he assured us that someone would return the next day and suggested we hand wash all of our dishes for our health and safety. No one ever returned. We bought a poster board to cover the downstairs bathroom window so neighbors couldn't see in. There was no hair dryer, even though it was listed as included. The stairway light switch didn't work. The only mirrors are in the bathrooms, making it difficult for many folks to get ready at the same time. I think there was one towel hook in the house. Three of the four patio/balcony areas had no furniture. We laughed about the circumstances and enjoyed being so close to the beach and pool. Hopefully, the next folks will benefit from our comedy of errors.
