L’appartement était bien situé. Spacieux.

Location is perfect. Right in the heart of the city, close to everything or good transit connections to anything outside the walking distance.
The owners very responsive and honest. After we finished our stay we realized we forgot the personal bag with our passports and cash. We called the contact number and they arranged the bag to be picked up with all content intact. A bit stressful situation because we already left Zagreb fir Pula, but it was resolved thanks to the owners. Much appreciated.
Minor imperfections not worth mentioning.

The appartment is in the center of Croatia, quite large and has airco everywhere.
The appartment is not easy to find. Parking is best on the other side of the road, in the parking garage of a business center, which made it quite a hassle to go into the appartment. The entrance is quite shady. They say it's 2 bedrooms, but the 2nd bedroom is so small that it does not even hold a bed, but a sofa. The 2nd bed is in the living room. The atmosphere of the appartment though is certainly not 4 stars. 3 stars at best, but due to the shady entrance, II wouldn't give it more than 2 stars.
