Perfect location for the THU conference. Fully equipped kitchen. Spacious living room with comfortable couches.

The air conditioning was either not working or improperly explained. An 'aircon how-to' information card for guests would help a lot. The bathroom taps are impossible to use with wet hands. The bedroom feels too small with inconveniently located outlets for charging devices.

We stayed in A24 - the apartment is very spacious. It had everything we needed. There is a small cafe and a supermarket in the building. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The beach is around 10-25 min on foot - depends which one. There is also an indoor swimming pool, which our kids loved. ( very basic, but it was fine) The cleaning staff came every 2 days.

The apartment was with really good space, very clean, great service and in a nice location.

The kitchen was missing some stuff that I believe it’s important to any family staying. Microwave was part of the oven but was not practical. Limited kitchen towels and missing some basic cleaning tools. The worst part is calling the front desk to ask about something was not easy, trying several times a day and no answer. The calls seems redirected to some other place
