The hostel has very pleasant staff. I don't know the names unfortunately, but we met 4 people and everybody was amazing, that cannot be a coincidence. The room was clean and well furnished, the common areas felt very cozy and comfortable.
It is also very conveniently located, near the Termini station (and the metro) - on our last day, we had an evening flight, so we went exploring and left our bags at the hostel. Getting the bags before the train to the airport was therefore no hassle at all.
Nothing comes to mind.

The location was very convenient for going out and experiencing the city. I had easy access to public transportation and it is centrally located by lots of restaurants. Also, Cherlene (who checked me in) was lovely, kind, and helpful. She made the check-in process very easy and smooth. Everything is very clean and nice, the shared spaces were spacious and well-kept.
The shower was a little too small. I wish there had been a bar at the hostel to buy coffee and drinks, maybe some snacks. I didn't love having to go to a different door on the exterior of the building to access my room, but it wasn't that big of a big deal.

Reasonable price
The bathrooms weren’t very clean. Also a very far walk to most sights.
