Large well equipped apartment with a large balcony and relatively easy parking. Staff were helpful sorting out some minor issues.
The location. It was 50 meters from a marina not a beach, which was the way it was advertised

The apartment is close to the shops and restaurants of the l'Aiguillon area. It's easy to go by bus to Arcachon centre and the main beaches, or a 20-25 minute walk. The apartment is well equipped and spacious with a nice balcony. The washing machine was very useful.
The apartment was very hot and stuffy. The neighbours were noisy until 2am on several occasions.
Instructions for which garage belongs to the apartment and how to open the garage door need to be clearer (number is written in tiny letters)
The advertised sea view is extremely limited and my children were disappointed.
There is no clear bike parking and with only one clicker for the garage it would be good to have an external area for bikes.
For the price of the apartment I find having to pay for bedding and towels too much. We brought our own but hadn't thought of bringing a tea towel for the kitchen.
