very easy communication with owner, easy to gain access into the house, with touchpad lock.
place was fairly easy to find with lots of security.
there was a leak in the kitchen tap which should be fixed.

Actually I was given another unit in Pavilion Residence bcos the original unit I booked had a problem. The New unit given had great facilities..washer, dryer, water filter, tv box with online channel. Near to Starbucks, McD & KFC. Also the cleanliness is superb
