The apartments are located in a quiet neighbourhood away from the centre but very convenient to commute. The nearest metro is a few minutes walk away and connects directly to Karlsplatz in 10 minutes. The Schonbrunn palace is a 15 minute walk, made it very convenient for me to plan my runs and I wouldn’t have seen and explored the gardens the way i was able to if I was only visiting Schonbrunn for a touristy visit. The cafe just outside the building Eduard is lovely for breakfast , brunch and drinks. The apartment itself was clean, well equipped , air conditioned. The aesthetics are a bit too tacky for my taste.

The service is a disappointing & unprofessional .The check in details were not sent to us 2 days prior to arrival as was communicated after we booked. I sent them a message asking for check in details before i boarded the long flight to Vienna. On arrival I see a text saying please make the security deposit payment of 500 euros before 2:30 pm to receive check in details. I landed at 2 pm and panicked trying frantically to make the payment while going through passport control. I thought it was unprofessional of them to not send the payment link 2 days prior to avoid this last minute inconvenience. Second, our locker in the apartment was not functioning and the instructions manual was not opening. So I called the customer service and scheduled a visit next day between 9 am to 10pm. Nobody turned up or followed up on this. Again very disappointing . I’d urge them to improve their service

Clean- help full staff- nice apt, full facility

I liked the digital experience and contacless checkin and arrangement of everything. Spacious and comfortable apartment, good quality of amenities. Aircon was not directly in the bedroom yet in proximity, which is always a big advantage for us.

I can imagine that underground parking can be challenging for less experienced drivers or people driving 5m+ cars, maybe please put maximum dimensions in the description, as I would get upset paying 37 EUR per one night of parking and not be able to squeeze in my car later ;) Sometimes I travel with roox box or bike rack on the hook and that wouldn't definitely fit in.

Location and Parking

The entire apartment was not clean. dust and little beetles/bugs everywhere. They cleaned only the obvious surfaces. The inventory and flooring is pretty aged.
