The buffet breakfast was good, options for special orders included or the buffet with okenty of choices including cereals, hot foods, breads, yoghurt and fresh fruits. The staff were very helpful and I booked some tours and transport with Demi on the tour desk. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning just right. The location is convenient to the lake and all the interesting parts of the old quarter.
The rooms could be due for renovation, cupboard doors that don't quite close and walls scuffed, but comfortable none the less.

One of the things we appreciated most was how kind and attentive the staff were. They were always approachable and happy to help, whether we needed a recommendation or had a small request. Nothing felt forced or overly formal; the service came across as genuinely friendly. Their attitude made a real difference to our holiday and left us with some very good memories of the stay.

The location is conveniently close to all the main attractions and the Old Quarter. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast choices are good.
Unfortunately, the room was not as shown in the photos published on the website. It was quite dirty and appeared to be an older property than expected. Also, there is no lift access from the ground floor to the first floor; the lift is only available from the first floor onwards, which can be inconvenient if you have heavy luggage.
