Large rooms, clean and tidy, great location. Staff were very responsive.
It is a total of 66 steps to the room which is a challenge with two heavy suitcases. The down lights in the kitchen would flicker on and off. The shower in the main bath leaked into the flat below - which we found out from the tenant below. The floor tiles in the ensuite are cracked. No tea towel provided to dry dishes.

The location was good. The property was functional and safe. The 24 hour help staff was attentive and friendly.
The place was slightly in disrepair. The en suit has an odd smell to it that did not go away. We weren’t made aware that there won’t be water at night which made it hard to live there comfortably since we couldn’t drink water or use the toilets at night. That would have been good to know in advance and really made our experience bad.
