It had everything we needed and it was clean and tidy
On the top floor so it was quite warm although fans were provided. Quite dark as there was only one window in the main living space. Could only get BBC on the TV

Great location. Have stayed in another property in the building before. Easy access. Off-street parking is a bonus. Good standard of cleanliness and maintenance. Nicely decorated.
The mattress on the double bed offers uneven support and was uncomfortable for two. One of us went to sleep on the sofabed in the living room but the fiited sheet was too small and kept coming off, and the refrigerator and freezer are next to the sofa and a bit noisy for sleeping.
I would suggest looking at whether there is any way you could have some small wall cabinets / shelves in the kitchen, to free up space for an integrated under-counter fridge (with freezer compartment). This would help with the noise issue and look a lot nicer than having appliances in the middle of the room.
