Propably the location, because it is very near to Midvalley Southkey. The apartment is spacious.
The room is a little dusty, toilet mirror is dirty, and also the open kitchen is messy. During the night time, the building is noisy, not suitable for light sleepers because you will not be able to sleep comfortably.
