The rooms were simple, but comfortable
The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful
The lobby was stocked well with snacks and drinks
The shuttle was a convenient way to get to the airport
As there are no carpets in the rooms or hallways, the accommodations were quite noisy
The location was not as close to the airport as I had thought.
There were no good restaurants close by aside from shopping mall fast food locations

Very simple, spacious room , minimalist furniture built in, good wifi - nothing luxe although perfectly adequate for a 1 night stay by FCO- reception was very nice, Bed comfortable, very quiet even w room facing highway & airport, low budget mall next door had decent coffee & snacks , Pina was so pleasant and helpful in the breakfast room. Good shuttle for 6 euro to airport beats a 100 euro taxi !
Location might be limited for some if you wish to do any walking around the Tiber & the fishing port and better restaurants; yet so super close to airport , so its a trade off .

The rooms were clean and there were elevators. The staff at the front were very helpful and pleasant. The check out time was later which worked for us as our flight was delayed. Having a shuttle available to the airport was great.
The breakfast room was extremely loud. We went for breakfast towards the end of breakfast time so some of the food did not look appetizing. It would have been nice to have a free shuttle to and from the airport.
