Very convenient distance from the beach (just across the street) Property was clean and neatly prepared. Nice facility and great value for the price. Would stay again!

Happy to stay at this property anytime

Pros: amazing views and having use of both the bay side and Oceanside buildings, pool, and beach access was incredible. The balcony is large and plenty of seating, and we saw dolphins almost everyday. The building itself was quiet, calm and relaxing. The young gentleman at the office during check in was also wonderful. We enjoyed the views from the rooftop deck too, you simply cannot beat the views!!!!! Cons: this place could use a deep clean and overall, better attention to detail from their cleaners. There were unemptied dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived, cleaning supplies left out on the counter, the floor looked like it had not been swept or mopped - dirt, sand, hair, and debris everywhere including crusted on dirt in the living room. There was also an empty chip bag in the closet. I think the cleaners could be a bit more thorough, especially considering we were told when we called at 2 (inquiring about possible early check-in) and the cleaners were in there at that time; we called back at 3 (we were instructed to by the person we spoke with to check again) and they were still in there at that time, and ultimately did not finish until 4pm. Another con is the beds - they are quite stiff/worn out, especially in the smaller room, just something to be aware of. Overall, we would stay again and had an amazing trip, these are meant to be constructive comments I hope are helpful for both the owner(s) and any other renters.

We had a wonderful stay in Treasure Island. Property came as advertised with access to 2 pools and roof top decks. Patio on unit is truly the highlight especially at night where we were able to enjoy additional time along the intercoastal. We would definitely rent this unit again in the future!
