Chris was a brilliant host, we were able to check in a bit earlier and out slightly later than planned due to the time of year. He walked us through the apartment and said to message if anything was needed. The location was perfect for walking to the town centre. Having an outside seating area was great as we could enjoy privacy whilst being in the hotel environment. Overall we had a great weekend and would book to stay again.
After walking around Torquay all day maybe slightly comfier seating in the living room area. This is a not a negative just a suggestion.

Chris was very helpful, and easy to contact if we needed any help, the apartment was spotlessly clean, and the accommodation was in easy reach of Torquay centre without it being too close, a short walk of 10 minutes down the road took us to a fantastic frequent bus service enabling us to visit most of Torbay
I've visited Torbay for the last 60 years and obviously things won't be the same now in Torbay as it was then, but I feel the Council need to " get a grip" and stop Torguay and Paignton from becoming a total dump, its so unfair on the excellent accommodation hosts such as Chris who strive to make holidays a true success for all who visit

Very clean & well equipped. Within walking distance of the beach.
Plenty of parking spaces.
Welcomed on arrival.

Only observation that bath towels could have been a bit bigger.
