We loved the location of the hotel. It was right by the lake - the breakfast location was superb: inside the hotel with glass windows and outside just by the lake. The food was delicious, though a bit overpriced. Above all the attention to service was exceptional- we always got a quick response to any kind of request. The aesthetics of the hotel was exquisite and tasteful. The room was beautifully done - the balcony could have been a bit larger - it was tiny ... otherwise no complaints
Most things were all good. We felt it was slightly overpriced, especially since the room was smaller than we expected

Beautiful boutique hotel in a quiet part of the lake. Hotel cafe was excellent and breakfast was incredible. The views are breathtaking.

Small and boutique away from the craziness. Ferry stop in front of hotel (but prepare for ferries to be full!)
They had a wedding on our last night which was an outside booking. The wedding party took over the whole hotel until late which meant that residents could not use the outside terrace or restaurant. This left us with only our room. There was no warning of this. They essentially sold the hotel twice - once for the residents and once for the wedding. Unacceptable in a five star hotel.
