The Suite is lovely, has two bedrooms, with a small living room in between. There generous terrace facing south with a nearby crystal clear stream giving a soothing background sound to the experience. Over the tree tops you can see lake Kilpisjärvi and mountains behind on the Swedish side of the border.
The Hotel restaurant was excellent and we ate there every morning before hiking and evening evening after sauna.

Spacious room, Finnish sauna, great view of Finland, Norway and Sweden, great food.
The staff could be better informed of alternate nearby charging facilities or have some charging cables available for rental cars that don’t come with one. Luckily, there are sufficient chargers within 3 min driving from cahkal hotel.

Beautiful spotless property with fantastic sauna and wonderful breakfast. Rooms are large, nicely furnished with comfortable bed/bedding and great waterfall shower. Nice common areas with large wood burning fireplace. Great restaurant. Very nice staff.
