Château de Fiac - Hôtel & Spa

Stunning chateau, colourful and fun interior. Great food. Kind and helpful staff. Gorgeous grounds and view.

Nothing

The warmth of the welcome, the quality of the cuisine, the comfort of the room.

In the bathroom, there was only one, rather small towel rail. A larger one, with space for two towels side by side or one above the other, would be appreciated. Also in the bath room, there were no shelves for placing one's toiletries. There seemed to be space available for such limited additional furniture.

It has a great pool and a really good spa (if you can get an appointment).

It seemed to have a lot of young, inexperienced staff who needed someone to manage them. Food was disappointing with very slow service - dinner took nearly three hours. Shower in our bathroom not fit for purpose and flooded the floor.
