The property is good but it lacks coordination among staff. We have an early flight but we could not go out of the parking as the security guard and the receptionist is not properly coordinated..we could not get out of parking because they do not know not who and where is the room of the person who parked.
The security guard and the receptionist is not organized and coordinated. No proper orientation on the parking arrangements for guest. there is no proper planning for guest with immediate needs.

nice location just in the middle of the city and airport
the toilet seat and cover was a size smaller, and it was broken so it kept falling on our back when we use the toilet, very annoying. there’s no bidet and one of the towel racks was broken and it kept falling. And they use yellow warm lights for the room it was hard to see, didn’t like it at all.
