Very friendly staff
The toilet was not very clean and it was lack of toilet paper and a lot of mosqitos

Central location and very clean
Our room had an interconnecting door, which meant we could hear every word from our neighbouring guests. Thankfully, they weren’t up late - but it could bother some people.

Great, friendly staff.
Fabulous location.
We like smaller style hotels and I'm an interior designer so I liked the room styling.
Great private carpark, easy to access, affordable and close to the hotel.
Appreciated gluten free options at breakfast.
We stayed at CasAunoE on 27 - 29 August and 16 - 17 September and noticed Rm 303 was slightly noisy on the Friday night due to a neighbouring restaurant band.
It would be nice to have a cooked breakfast option in addition to the continental breakfast (which was delicious).

The hotel is beautiful, the room was clean, beautifully furnished and super comfortable with a very appreciated mini bar and coffee machine.
It should be stated that the rooms facing the streets are not sound proof at all. While it’s great that the hotel is right in the city center, we could hear the music from the bars until 2 am like we were outside on the terrace…same for the noise coming from the staircase or other rooms.
Also the breakfast was definitely not worth the price.
