Clean room with all the basics. Easy to check in and good communication from host. Parking on property is a big plus. Close to some shops, not far from public transport and city centre.
Would love to have a kettle in room for tea in cold weather.

We came for BrainStorm concert and the venue was 1km away from the hotel. Check in was simple, the host contacted us before hand and provided all necessary info how to check in and left contacts in case we had questions.
The rooms were cozy, bathroom was tidy and clean. Good beds.
A bit of chlorine smell from the bathroom, had to open windows for a while. But it's a minor thing.
