The location is exceptional. I felt like a local. There was shopping, restaurants and anything I needed right at my footsteps. It was a spacious apartment and I was able to easily put in laundry while I went out for lunch.
Nothing.

Excellent location and great view
Very good facilities and apartment was clean and very well appointed The staff were very responsive and helpful when we had a problem and they were able to resolve it promptly. We really enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable in the apartment. We would highly recommend it and stay again if we returned to Florence.

Everything was perfect. The view of the Arno, Ponte Vecchio and Vasari corridor. The air conditioning worked flawlessly. The furnishings are modern and comfortable. The elevator works. The kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom modern and clean. The handover process with Flavia was efficient and very informative. We loved this apartment!
There was nothing to dislike

The fact that they were about to not check me in because they sent me a website to pay a deposite but I used four cards and it gave me error (I paid total amount of my stay ) they didn’t help me and gave me two hours of headache and stress. I was so tired as I came from a long road trip with two small kids
