Really freindly and helpful staff, great location with local transport but we also walked some of the way to and from the property which was nice. The fascilites and onsen were great. It had more of a freindly hostel vibe than a fancy hotel vibe which me and my sister really liked.
The onsen could probably use a refresh/refurbish but we still really enjoyed it.

部屋の掃除も行き届いていて、部屋も広かったので使いやすかった。
男湯と女湯の入り口境目に暖簾がかかっていて、暖簾をくぐるとすぐ女湯の入り口だったので、暖簾だけだと心元ない感じがしました。
あと下駄箱がなかったので、人数が多くなるとスリッパが乱雑になり危ないなと感じました。
