Large property relatively clean.Back bedroom really quiet,a bit different at the front due to main road which was quiet by about 8pm.
Toilet needs about £200 renovation and it would look decent. Mould spray for the tiles and silicone seals .2.£20 for a new handle for the window this would eliminate the noise and dust on the internal window sill.3.Small tin of tile paint (white) to touch up the tiles around the plinth.4.A little alteration to door check to stop it sticking as through time this will cause further damage .5.Ceiling needs couple coats of oil paint to disguise water damage from property above .6.New toilet brush.

Comfortable, well equipped clean and quiet flat. Amazing chippie just over the road. Very comfortable double bed for an amazing nights sleep.
The exterior appearance isn’t great, but once inside the flat it is perfectly clean, safe and very comfortable.

Amenities in bedrooms, kitchen, and sofa with TV in the main hall.
Shower a bit broken

Property was very central to town centre
The building itself wasn’t in great shape, constant noise from other building occupants, and the stairwell could have been clear of old appliances, but saying that, there were no actual issues with interactions of building occupants.
