Very nice pool.
Close to shopping.
Great airconditioning.
A bit much noise at nighttime - young people being very loud.

Perfrct view and the easy access to town and the beach. The new kitchen was amazing.
Bathroom and washing machine can do with an upgrade, more seating in the lounge will be great. The tiny room is not suitable for an adult, it has no shelves or places to put your luggage and no air circulation.
